A la suite de l'augmentation de capital, la Société a reçu ce 2 novembre 2020 une déclaration de transparence de la société Degroof Equity S.A., société non contrôlée, l'informant de sa détention de 633.538 actions, soit 12,72% des actions après augmentation de capital. La société Degroof Equity n'a pas participé à l'augmentation de capital du 30 octobre 2020 et sa participation existante avant l'opération a en conséquence été réduite de 15,26% à 12,72%, par suite de l'augmentation du nombre total d'actions constituant le capital, franchissant ainsi à la baisse le seuil de 15%.Par ailleurs, la Société a reçu ce 4 novembre 2020 une déclaration de transparence de la société Raja-Invest B.V. l'informant que, suite à sa souscription 403.226 actions lors de l'augmentation de capital du 30 octobre 2020, elle a franchi à la hausse le seuil de participation de 5% de participation et détient 404.430 actions soit 8,12% des actions existantes constituant le capital de la Société.

On 29 July 2014, Degroof Bank n.v. has informed the Company that it holds 633.539 shares or 15,26% out of the total shares making up the share capital of the Company, out of which 321.038 shares or 19,34% out of the 1660.360 shares making up the capital before the capital increase, as indicated in its transparency declaration dated on 20 December 2013, and 312.501 new shares subscribed on the capital increase in May 2014, being in total 633.539 shares or 15,26% out of the 4.150.900 shares making up the share capital. Degroof Bank has not done any new transparency declaration as the variation of its participation was lower than 5% (-4,08%).
